Then in 1987, my sister encouraged me to buy milk from a small raw milk dairy. That was the beginning of a long history with a wonderful food.
Chapter leaders shared their many years of experience with raw milk. They demonstrated how to make a simple cheese, raw milk yogurt and raw milk ice cream.
