A casual get together as we near the end of 2024. Meet up at the Pearl's Night (Farmers) Market. Let's talk about quality food and health. Our first time for this event so look for the WAPF poster to find us. May want to bring a folding chair.
Let’s talk about soaking and sprouting seeds and nuts and taste some before and after! We can share some starter cultures and talk about food storage and being ready for an emergency. We would also like to share some health journey stories and discoveries in natural cures!
Casual get-together where we can all connect with each other and share some of our favorite recipes.
No RSVP, just bring a WAPF friendly food. For ideas, it could be anything from the Nourishing Traditions Cookbook.
