     Francis M. Pottenger, Jr. 

    was a physician who successfully applied the principles of 

    Weston Price in his treatment of respiratory diseases 

    such as TB, asthma, allergies

     and emphysema. 

    Guest speakers were Jeff Pottenger, grandson of this great researcher who practices physical therapy in San Antonio and Stephanie Pottenger, a great granddaughter who is a certified functional nutrition counselor.

    Chapter leaders shared their many years of experience with raw milk. They demonstrated how to make a simple cheese, raw milk yogurt and raw milk ice cream.
